Secret Weapons for the Modern Drummer, JoJo Mayer's instructional DVD, has a lot to offer in terms of technique development and ergonomic approach to the kit. JoJo's presentation is very down to earth, even when he is teaching advanced concepts he is inspiring rather than intimidating. I would most highly recommend Secret Weapons to an experienced player looking to finesse his techinque, but any drummer would benefit from the lessons JoJo has to offer.
